Our attempt at FHE

Tonight I suggested that we have Family Home Evening. Before I know it, everyone including the baby is saying lets play the wii. I guess that is better than nothing. We all had a good time and we were together.

"Oh the Olden Days"

Tonight I was getting diner started and realized that I had forgotten to unload the dishwasher. So I started diner and then went to unload and to my surprise I had forgotten to start it. So here I was with a sink full of dishes and diner getting ready to be served??? What to do???
My mother phoned and asked," How my day had went." I told her that I was bugged about the situation, she said,"Well why don't y0u wash them by hand?? "
Honestly that was the first time I even thought that thought. So the dishwasher was going and so was I at the sink.
Trent walks in and says,"What is this 1910?"
I said, "I know remember when we were little?"
He said, "No I never have washed dishes by hand!"
"LUCKY" I said

Well done thou good and faithful servant

Words never to be Forgotten

My little handsome fellow was suppose to be a sleep, he came into my room and I was giving myself a pedicure and he asked, "What are you doing?" I simply stated, " Doing a pedicure on myself." I then told him,"Go to bed!"
The next day he came home right after school jumped up on my bed, took off his socks and said, "Mom will you give me a "panicure"?"
I just think that he is my boy through and through!!!

A couple nights later......

Now K'Leigh was not minding her dad and going to sleep. I was not home and he was getting ready to work out so he wanted her asleep. She came in one more time and her told her she would be grounded if he saw her again.
I got home and found this note on our bed,
"Dear Dad,
I Love you but you are being silly.
I can't understand you.
Love,
A Secret Family "Memar"

We see who has who around their fingers!!
It is so much fun to watch them grow and change, but SO hard to let go.

I love my kids so much and don't want to forget the little things.

Look what Blanding has........

My sister emailed me these pictures today. I am totally just amazed that these big gorgeous animals are just hanging out in her back yard. They say they have had to stop to let them cross the roads and everything.
They are so beautiful!!
Look how many their are?!?!?

Last but obviously not the least my beautiful baby Madden. This is her on her Blessing day. Her dad's aunt crochet the blanket and the dress!!! She is the most perfect thing their is !!
I love her and her mommy so much!!

The after shots of the day at the Salon!!

I round brushed the twenty one month's old hair. She has these new little bangs that are growing in and it was by far a bigger task than I was wanting for some pictures for the blog!!
This is how excited she was the whole time!!

This is K'Leigh's after shot!! Not much change, just a little trim. K'Leigh wants to grow all her hair long!!!

This is me holding on to Hannah's shirt before she runs to the bathroom!! She did not want her hair done or her picture taken.

The Little Girls Get to Go to The Salon!!

K'Leigh and Hannah at the Salon

K'Leigh just got a trim! Her hair is finally thickening up and starting to have some body!!
K'Leigh was such a good example to her baby sister!!!

Hannah was such a big girl. I thought it was going to take me, Trent and a sucker to get this job done. She just sat on my lap and was such a big girl. I have to brag the lady could not believe the amount of hair my baby has!! I was not so lucky the first time around so I was thankful for the thick curly hair I have been blessed with the second time!!

Life little Pleasures

I was watching my favorite show tonight and life just seems to change so fast. I am writing to express my love and appreciation to all those that have supported and encouraged me in my life. I have had a few ups and downs lately and their have been so many people to thank and show my appreciation to. You know who you are and how you have helped me.
The phone calls, texts, all the emails and everything. It is great to know that you are loved!!
Life is so short and I wanted everyone to know that I am very blessed and I appreciate all of my blessings!
Love you all
